If the address that you are requesting service for already has a connection, but you need to transfer the service to your name, we will contact you regarding the steps for completing an Account Transfer. If the address does not have a connection but is in our service area, we will contact you to schedule a new customer equipment installation. Please, anticipate a wait period of up to two weeks before your appointment is scheduled due to high demand.
