If you are not currently in our service area, don't give up hope. We will expand our service area based on the level of interest. Please, send an email to questions@clearcreekbroadband.com if you would like us to consider bringing broadband to your home.

If the address that you are requesting service for does not have a connection, but is in our service area, we will contact you to schedule a new customer equipment installation. Please, anticipate a wait period of up to two weeks before your appointment is scheduled.

Check Outages
Our network is monitored 24/7. In the event of a network outage affecting multiple customers, the outgoing voice message on our technical support line is updated with pertinent information as soon as it becomes available. This includes outage details and estimated restoration timelines. Please call (303) 801-2860 if you are looking for information on or need to report an outage.
Contact Support
There are multiple ways to contact us for support. The best method is to open a support ticket via your customer portal. Simply login, navigate the menu on the left-hand side and select “Support”. From here, you can “Submit a new ticket”.
For service outages, please leave a voicemail with your name and address on our technical support line (303) 801-2860.
For technical support you can email support@clearcreekbroadband.com, for billing support email billing@clearcreekbroadband.com and general questions can be sent to questions@clearcreekbroadband.com.
Setup & Install
Please visit order.clearcreekbroadband.com to get started. This will provide you with details about service, equipment, installation and fees. You can always call (303) 801-2884 if you wish to speak with some directly about any questions you have before signing up.
Billing
All invoicing and payment history can be found and managed within your customer portal. Once logged in to your portal, navigate the menu on the left-hand side to find “Billing and payment”. Under this menu you can make a payment or find details on payment methods, current and past invoices as well as all transactions associated with your account.
