Network Status Update: April 2022

To our Saddleback and Soda Creek Neighbors,

We are still working through administrative tasks with the property owners for the repeater site locations where we must install serving radios in order to expand service to the Saddleback neighborhood and to additional homes in Soda Creek. While we anticipate receiving approval and wish that we could share more information with you, we are still hesitant to define a timeline to completion. Once approval for construction is received, an update will be sent to neighbors who have requested service.

Like many of you, we hoped and expected to have these areas in service by now but each new site that we build has its own challenges and requirements depending on the location and owner. We appreciate your ongoing support of CCB as a local internet service provider and will contact those who have requested service with any suggestions of how you can help so please submit the form found here.

PREPARE TO ENJOY THE INTERNET SERVICES OF TODAY... & TOMORROW.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO TO PREPARE FOR YOUR INSTALLATION:

  1. Submit our form to Request Service if you have not already done so or if your contact information has changed.

  2. Read "What is the difference between internet and Wi-Fi?" on our FAQ Page and understand what our scope of work will be for your installation.

  3. Locate your grounding wire and think about where you would like service in your home. Your installer will want to know where you would like your router installed.

  4. Purchase a power strip. This will give you more flexibility to plug in devices to the same outlet that powers your router which is especially useful in home offices.
