Building the Network, Together
Clear Creek Broadband is leading the transition to fiber, building a network that meets both today’s needs and the long-term demands of our region. Construction may begin as early as Fall of 2026 and full network completion is targeted for 2030.
This is a multi-year effort, and while we have clear milestones ahead, the exact timing and sequencing of construction will continue to be refined. Micro-trenching creates a much narrower cut than conventional trenching, reducing impacts to roads, landscaping, driveways, and other existing infrastructure.

Join Our Loyalty Program
To qualify, you must be a current Clear Creek Broadband customer or become a customer before fiber service is available at your address. You must also maintain uninterrupted service until your connection is upgraded from fixed wireless to fiber-to-the-home (FTTH).
Our Loyalty Program members will receive priority scheduling, free installation and equipment, promotional service pricing, and complimentary managed Wi-Fi at the time of their fiber upgrade.

Please view our Future FTTH Map above to see if your address is included in our future fiber-to-the-home network design. We will be converting more than 90% of our existing fixed wireless service locations in Eastern Clear Creek County to fiber.
The map represents planned construction areas and may change slightly as engineering and permitting progress.

If you currently use our service but your address is not included in the upcoming fiber network build, we will continue to provide service using fixed wireless technology. Some areas already have access to fiber-to-the-home service.

During construction, you may see construction equipment, utility markings, and crews working near roads and rights-of-way. Temporary traffic control will be necessary in some areas.
Along roadways, our crews will use a construction method called microtrenching, which involves cutting a narrow, shallow trench to install fiber with minimal disruption. The surface is restored once installation is complete.
If you choose to subscribe to fiber service, we will install a dedicated fiber drop cable connecting your residence to the Clear Creek Broadband fiber network. In most cases, this involves a narrow trench or shallow buried cable path on your property. The disturbance is minimal and any affected areas will be restored after installation.

Our new fiber-to-the-home locations will receive a minimum of 500 Mbps symmetrical service. We are designing our network with sufficient capacity to support even higher speeds in the future.

A fiber connection requires installation of an optical network terminal (ONT) on the home, which connects the fiber drop from the CCB network to the residence to provide service.
In-home connectivity will be provided through a Wi-Fi gateway or similar equipment, with additional configuration options available depending on customer needs. Final equipment selections will be shared once network design and engineering are complete.

If fiber-to-the-home becomes available for your address, we will transition your service from fixed wireless to fiber as part of our network upgrade.
Our team will install your new fiber drop and Optical Network Terminal (ONT). In most cases, we will also install a Wi-Fi gateway inside of your home. We will remove the existing fixed wireless radio, making the transition as simple and seamless as possible.

No, we will not be increasing the monthly fee for internet service.
We do anticipate offering new, optional managed Wi-Fi packages with additional features and support for customers who want them. These services would be available for an additional monthly charge but will not be required. We'll share details about our internet and managed Wi-Fi options once they are finalized.
